Software integration consultant in Dallas-Fort Worth

Most businesses run on several tools that don't share data. I connect them so the same information isn't typed twice, and I build each connection to survive the day an API changes or times out.

What I connect

CRM and sales tools

Leads and deals flowing into and out of the system your team works in.

Accounting and billing

QuickBooks and Xero kept in step with the tools that create the work.

Stores and forms

Shopify orders and web forms routed to where they get handled.

Custom apps

Internal tools and spreadsheets that need to exchange data with everything else.

What I check before I build

Rate limits and retries

Most APIs limit how fast you can call them. I design for that, and for the retry that follows a timeout.

Duplicates

A retry must not create a second invoice. I make each step safe to run twice.

Failure handling

Failures reach a person with enough detail to fix them.

Ownership

The accounts and the code are yours, and I hand over the documentation.

An example

A furniture retailer lost the third party integration that moved its products from Shopify into Xero. I built the replacement sync. A bulk fetch cut 157 API calls to 2, and batched requests stayed inside Xero's rate limits. Read the case study.

Questions

Do you meet in person?
No. I work by video call and shared screens, and I'm based in Grapevine, Texas.

What access do you need?
Only what the integration requires, granted through your own accounts. You can remove it whenever you want.

Which systems do you work with?
QuickBooks, Xero, Shopify and n8n are the ones I can point to builds for. If you use something else, tell me and I'll say whether I can help.
