How I Work
Every project starts with a scoping call. I ask a lot of questions about how your business actually runs day to day, not just what you think you need built. Most of the time, the real problem is different from what people expect.
From there, I put together a clear scope with deliverables, timeline, and pricing. No hourly billing, no scope creep. You know exactly what you're getting before we start.
Once we kick off, I build in weekly check-ins so you always know where things stand. When the project wraps, I hand everything off with documentation and training. You own everything I build.

If you're replying to something I wrote, or just want to say hi... I love those emails. Seriously. It's one of the best parts of putting stuff out there.
If you want to talk about working together, just tell me what's going on. No need for a formal pitch. A few sentences about what's not working is plenty to start.
If you'd rather schedule a call, you can book 30 minutes here. But honestly, email usually works better. You can think through what you want to say, and I can give you a real answer instead of making something up on the spot.
