The Situation

Danielle Frazier started Between Generations Care to support caregivers. She had digital products, session offerings, content ideas, and a growing social media audience. What she didn't have was a system that connected any of it.

Her tools were everywhere. A website that didn't capture leads. Social accounts with engagement but no way to turn followers into subscribers. Digital products with no follow-up after purchase. No email list. No CRM. No booking system connected to anything. Someone could find her on Instagram, visit her site, and then nothing. No opt-in, no sequence, no nurture path.

What We Built

Everything. From the ground up. Inside GoHighLevel as the central platform.

The full customer journey: someone finds her on Instagram, clicks the bio link, subscribes, gets a welcome sequence, sees session offerings, books, gets confirmation and reminders, and receives follow-up after the session. Every touchpoint connected and automated. Before this build, none of that existed.

The Outcome

Before this build, Danielle had a collection of ideas and tools that didn't talk to each other. Every interaction required her to manually follow up, manually schedule, manually send.

Now she has one link in her Instagram bio that feeds into a system that handles everything. A follower becomes a subscriber becomes a booked session becomes a repeat client, and she doesn't touch any of the steps in between. She went from having a brand to having a business that runs.

The pricing structure changed the economics. Instead of one-off sessions with no retention path, she now has monthly and quarterly packages that create predictable recurring revenue. A single client on the quarterly plan is worth $1,800 per year without having to resell them every time.

The infrastructure also opened up revenue paths that didn't exist before. Email sequences, Pinterest automation, and Stan Store integration are all scoped for future phases... none of which were possible when everything was disconnected.

What Made This Work

Danielle didn't need someone to build pages. She needed someone to understand how her business is supposed to flow and then build the system that makes it flow that way.

The opt-in page is just a page. The CRM is just a database. The booking calendar is just a scheduling tool. None of those matter on their own. What matters is that when someone discovers the brand for the first time, there's a clear path from discovery to engagement and every step along that path happens automatically.

Need a system that turns your audience into paying clients? Let's talk about what that looks like for your business.
